Order processing times

Our pre-made order takes 2-4 processing days to be shipped. Made to order models takes 3-5 days to ship, unless there is a queue. Custom models can take up to 4 weeks to be processed or longer if there is a queue.

During seasonal times like Christmas or Black Friday order processing will be longer. 

 

Shipping times

We ship from our studio in Czech Republic. Currently we ship worldwide, however this can change in the future. 

  • Orders shipped within the Czech Republic will arrive within 2-4 business days. 
  • Orders shipped internationally to EU will arrive within 4-14 business days. 
  • Orders shipped internationally to United States will arrive within 10-17 business days. 
  • Orders shipped internationally to Oceania will arrive within 10-17 business days. 
  • Orders shipped internationally to the rest of the world will arrive within 12-20 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Magic Within is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 48 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at magicwithininfo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns unless there is a fault.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at magicwithininfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
